ABOUT US

T’Vinci Properties is a Triad, NC based real estate brokerage. Serving the Greensboro, High Point, Winston-Salem and surrounding areas in residential property management.

T’Vinci Properties has developed a unique perspective on the real estate industry and real estate investments. We’ve designed our systems with a humanist approach that will bring you out of the middle ages, into your own renaissance of real estate.

Humanism: a philosophical and ethical stance that emphasizes the value and agency of human beings, individually and collectively, and affirms their ability to improve their lives through the use of reason and ingenuity as opposed to submitting blindly to tradition and authority or sinking into cruelty and brutality.

Founded in 2004, our business name is a hybrid acronym for Tyree Ventures, Inc., Investment Properties. The company name is a reference to Leonardo da Vinci, who is an inspiration for our creativity in business. This famous Renaissance period designer’s work is also reflected graphically in our logo.

Our Team

Steve Tyree

T’Vinci Properties is headed by Steve Tyree. Steve grew up around land development, subdivision projects, investing, and custom home building. He received a BS in Industrial & Systems Engineering from Virginia Tech. Steve bought and managed his first rental house, while still in college at age 22.

Steve has managed organizations and negotiated leases around the world. Steve has managed properties ranging from one bedroom condos to million square foot industrial buildings. In 2004, he became a Realtor and founded T’Vinci Properties to manage his rentals and those of close friends. Steve focuses his full time, attention and talents on making T’Vinci Properties its own success story, while helping his clients succeed.

Carolyn Tyree

Carolyn is a Cornell graduate with a finance and marketing background. She’s worked at several multi-billion dollar companies, before becoming an integral part of T’Vinci Properties. Carolyn started in residential sales in 2015 with one of the largest brokerage houses in our market, and came to work for T’Vinci Properties in 2016.

Carolyn has been managing investment properties since 2013, and focuses the majority of her time on overseeing management of our rental homes. She also personally handles sales of investment properties, her understanding of consumer marketing and negotiation delivers extraordinary results. Carolyn’s clients are consistently impressed with her professionalism and develop a new appreciation for the value of working with a Realtor®.

Kathleen Reeves

Our Senior Property Manager Kathleen, began working at T’Vinci Properties in 2021. Her previous experience in customer service, property management and residential sales has been a great asset to our team. In December 2019, Kathleen obtained her real estate license and is a Realtor and member of the Greensboro Realtor Association. Kathleen’s proactive nature and attention to detail makes her a favorite with owners and tenants alike. In her free time, Kathleen enjoys spending time with family and friends and exploring new places throughout the Triad.

Carter Tyree

Carter is our new assistant, and he is committed to providing our customers with the best experience and he will be your first point of contact here at T’Vinci. Carter comes with 4 years experience helping the public at a large retail company. Carter is into fitness and coaches others at the gym for fun.

Aaron Kinne

Aaron Kinne joins T’Vinci Properties as our Project and Maintenance Manager. Aaron comes from a diverse background in sales, insurance and real estate. With over 130 real estate projects under his belt, he is a wonderful resource for our landlords and tenants. Aaron spends his time off with his family, making music (drums and DJ) and scuba diving. Fun fact about Aaron is he has been to all the US state and 53 countries.
